Star North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos onballer Jasmine Garner has polled maximum AFL Coaches' Association AFLW Champion Player of the Year Award votes for a second straight week.

An explosive performance in midfield against the Blues in the inaugural SuperClash saw Garner finish with 36 disposals, 10 tackles, 10 inside 50s, eight clearances, and eight score involvements, to take the outright lead as the only player on 20 votes.

It's the second time the No.25 has polled 20 out of a possible 20 coaches' votes from a season's opening two rounds, with her first time coming in 2022's Season 7.

Equally as impressive in the engine room was Ash Riddell who collected eight more votes to rise to equal fourth on the overall leaderboard.

With a similar stat line to Garner, the No.7 also notched 36 touches, 10 tackles, and eight score involvements, and came close to slotting her side's 11th goal of the game only to be beaten by the final siren.

Tahlia Randall was a towering presence inside 50 for North Melbourne and slotted four goals to earn five votes, while key back Jasmine Ferguson continued her strong start to the season and added another three votes to her tally.

Rebounding defenders Nicole Bresnehan (21 disposals, five intercept possessions) and Emma Kearney (19 disposals, five inside 50s) earned two votes and one respectively, while Bella Eddey (21 disposals, one goal) managed to bounce back from a relatively quiet outing against the Saints to notch one vote.
